Application

Positive dividers type E4 are employed for progressive centralized lubrication systems. The grease or oil fed into them under pressure is distributed to various lubrication points or slave dividers. If required, the dividers can also be installed in oil circulating, single, dual or multi-line systems to divide the lubricant in a supply line and feed it to several lubrication points.

Application

The Series 3000 progressive divider valve manifold distributes and proportions incoming oil or grease to bearing points. A typical divider valve manifold consists of an inlet section, three to ten valves and an end section. One assembly can serve up to a maximum of 20 lubrication points. Location of valve blocks within the manifold is not critical – however, it is recommended that the largest block be located next to the inlet block.

Application

2500G Series Divider Valve Manifolds are the principal components of a progressive lubricating system. Modular construction makes these blocks easy to install, modify and maintain, without removing any tubing. 

Progressive movement lubricant divider blocks operate in a pre-arranged sequence for easy monitoring of system operation through a moving indicator pin. Normally, the pin transmits a signal to the system controller through an electrical limit switch at the end of a complete lubrication cycle.

Up to 20 bearings can be lubricated from one manifold assembly, and up to 20 manifolds can be included in a simple system. Cyclic discharge from a lubricator forces sequential movement of the pistons inside the divider block, which displaces fixed volumetric amounts of lubricant to each point connected to the system network
